Worked in the Library Media Center for 5 hours
Today I was at Whittier Elementary School for the last time. Today we had three 3rd grade classes come in and two 4th grade classes. Since this was the last week in the library, all of these groups did a review activity that had them completing a scavenger hunt where they had to use various library tools including the thesaurus, dictionary, encyclopedia, and card catalog to find answers to a series of questions.
In addition to this, we had two kindergarten classes that came in and we did story time. Mrs. Skold and myself also ran a report of the missing books, since this week is the last week of summer school.
