Worked in the Library Media Center for 5 hours
Today I was at Brass Community School for the last time. Today we had four 3rd grade classes came in and all finished the fact versus opinion activity that we had started last week. First we reviewed the meaning of each word. Then we had some practice with some sentences that were either facts or opinions and students had to identify them as such. Finally, students wrote their own fact and opinion and shared them with the class.
In addition to this, we had two 1st grade classes that came in and we did story time. Mrs. Skold and myself also ran a report of the missing books, since next week is the last week of summer school.
